Templers BESS is located adjacent and connected to ElectraNet’s Templers West Substation, 60km North of Adelaide. It provides dispatchable energy storage and stability to the Grid supporting additional renewable energy generation.

Templers BESS was commissioned and began commercial operations in 2025 with a 25-year design life. It is composed of Sungrow batteries, constructed by CPP and owned and operated by the ZEBRE Joint Venture
